V BAD EXPERIENCE

First, my shampoo arrived with a ripped plastic sticker, and the front label was very sticky. When I contacted you on Instagram about the damaged product, I was disappointed to be offered only cleaning instructions instead of a replacement or compensation.

Unfortunately, upon trying the shampoo, I found it made my hair feel rough and frizzy. Despite the high price point, it didn't deliver the results I expected.

This product fell short of expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it to others. It was a waste of my hard-earned money.

I havent used it yet because i was on my honeymoon and i just came back today, as soon as i use it, i will surely give you the feedback, thank you.

Good product

Doesn't make hair frizzy after washing one of the major concerns that I had leaves hair soft after washing. However scalp still getting oily 1 day post wash, used it thrice till now will see how it turns in long run.
